A device for quenching counters in calculating machines with electromagnetic control, characterized in that it is made as a switch with contacts connected to the digital contact sector (head) of the counter in reverse order and serves for sending current pulses to the counter electromagnets in the order corresponding to the additional up to nine numbers.
