Description
Эффективность модификаторов провер ли на стали 60Г. Модификаторы вводили в количестве 1-2% от веса металла. Изучали механические свойства при комнатных и повышенных температурах и проводили натурные
испытани стали применительно к хоботам завалочных мартеновских машин.
В табл. 2 приведены механические свойства стали бОГ до и после модифицировани .
Таблица 2
Длительность эксплуатации хоботов из немодифицированной стали 38,4 сут, из стали, модифицироваппой модификатором состава 1, 60,0, состава 2, 66,8, состава 3, 56,0, состава 4, 48,1 сут.
