Description
Предлагаемый способ имеет в виду быстрое определение влажности хлеба (экспресс-анализ) по его удельному весу, определ емому с помощью ареометра. Примен емый дл этого ареометр схематично изображен на чертеже.The proposed method is referring to the rapid determination of the moisture content of bread (rapid analysis) by its specific weight, which is determined using a hydrometer.
