When measuring the high temperatures of gas flows by contact methods, significant measurement errors occur due to the radiant and conductive heat exchange of the thermal sensor with surrounding objects, for example, with the walls of the pipeline. The measurement error caused by radiant heat exchange D Td T - T is determined by the expression: (-v) (1) Tp-m, The error caused by conustial heat transfer, DT is defined by the expression: where: Tf is the gas temperature; TX - temperature sensor; TCT is the temperature of the surrounding walls that perceive thermal radiation from a thermal sensor; 5 10 15 20 25 Тз - the temperature of the clamp in which the thermal sensor case is fixed; G is the constant radiation of an absolutely black body; - relative radiation coefficient of the sensitive element of the thermal sensor; a is the coefficient of heat transfer from gas to the sensor; E is the depth of immersion of the sensitive element of the thermal sensor into the gas stream; U; S is the perimeter and cross section of the case of the thermal sensor, through which heat is removed to the clip; X is the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the material of the body. Determining the measurement error by calculation is extremely difficult, since it is almost impossible to determine the coefficient a in bench conditions. In addition, it is also necessary to know the values of E, X, T, TiTz. Methods are known for reducing these measurement errors by heating a temperature sensor from an additional heat source 1. Closest to the proposed method is a method for measuring high temperatures of gas streams, which consists in measuring the temperature of gases of 1x streams of a contact sensor by heating it from an additional source of energy. (The strength of this method is the complexity of calibration and calculations, n: completely eliminating these measurement deadlines. In order to completely eliminate measurement errors caused by radiant and conductive heat exchange of the sensitive element of the contact sensor with surrounding objects. According to the proposed method, the temperature sensor is heated to a temperature above the temperature of the gas stream, at the same time measuring the change in its temperature, then the temperature sensor is additionally cooled About the energy brush to a temperature which is obviously lower than the temperature of the gas flow, at the same time measuring the change in its temperature, and the temperature of the gas flow is taken by two equal instantaneous temperatures of the temperature sensor in the heating and cooling processes at which the expression: dJz where and, accordingly, the velocity Q C1 L measuring the detected temperatures in the process of heating and cooling the temperature sensor. P is the power of energy and heating of the temperature sensor by an additional source of energy; C and G are respectively the specific heat capacity and the weight of the thermal sensor. With the fulfillment of this condition, the temperature values of the temperature sensor found are equal to the true gas temperature. The method is based on solving the equations of thermal balance of a sensitive element of a thermal sensor in the process of heating and cooling it. FIG. Figure 1 shows the curves of the temperature change of the temperature sensor during heating and cooling. The time r is plotted on the abscissa axis, and the temperature of the temperature sensor is plotted on the ordinate axis. Plot 1 -f2 -3 represents the temperature curve of the temperature sensor in the process of heating after connecting to it an additional source of energy of constant power. Plot-t-5 represents the temperature curve of the temperature sensor during the cooling process after disconnecting the additional energy source. The dotted line shows the gas temperature Tg. The TQ-I portion is the set temperature of the temperature sensor prior to the inclusion of an additional energy source. At points 2.4, the temperature of the temperature sensor is equal to the temperature of the gas. The heat balance equation in the process of heating in section 1 -2 has the following form: P5r dFCVT) () ATns () tiiedr-CGd T, (3) The equation of heat balance in the cooling process in section 4 -5 is as follows: Г (((, 5 (..) tiiedfr-cGdT, where; Р is the power of energy supplied to the sensor from an additional energy source; F is the surface of the temperature sensor V TT C and G is the specific heat capacity and weight of the temperature sensor. At time TI - Gg (points 2 and 4 a) on the curves of heating and cooling of the thermal sensor and its temperature is equal to the temperature of the gas T of the heating of the Tochl. Considering the heat balance, they take the following form: preheating rat-b-G () ATCHD for thedr-t-CQdT, (6) cooling (TfiF (,.) with Г + Д7п & (.j () first and second terms in the right side Equations (6) are respectively equal to the first and second terms on the right side of equation (7). Subtracting equation (7) from equation (6), we obtain: PdT cer (.j) Thus, we found equal temperature values of the thermal sensor during its heating and the cooling, the sum of the derivatives of which is equal to the amount of dividing the power of the energies supplied to the temperature sensor by its heat capacity, we find the gas temperature. FIG. 2 shows a device explaining the proposed method for manual processing of measurement results. In this device, thermal sensor 1 is heated by electric current source 2. The temperature of the temperature sensor is recorded by the recording priority 3. The supplied power is determined by outputting the magnitude of the current measured by ammeter 4 to the voltage drop on the thermal sensor measured by the voltmeter 5. The current source is connected to the thermal sensor by key 6, adjusted by ca (power) rheostat 7.

По истечении некоторого времени, в течение которого температура термодатчика, регистрируема записывающим прибором, заведомо несколько превысит температуру газа, отключают источник тока и продолжают записывать температуру термодатчика. По истечении некоторого времени, в .течение которого температура термодатчика снизитс до температуры, заведомо ниже температуры газа, запись прекращаетс .A recording device is connected to the temperature sensor 1 immersed in the gas stream, the temperature of which is to be measured. Then, when the temperature sensor reads, the current source 2 is connected to it and the readings of ammeter 4 and voltmeter 5. After a certain time, during which the temperature of the temperature sensor recorded by the recording device, will certainly slightly exceed the temperature of the gas, turn off the current source and continue to record the temperature of the temperature sensor . After some time has elapsed, during which the temperature of the thermal sensor drops to a temperature which is obviously lower than the temperature of the gas, the recording stops.
Дифференцирование записанных температур может быть произведено любым из известных способов , например графическим способом.Differentiation of recorded temperatures can be made by any of the known methods, for example graphically.
CGDetermining the gas temperature is then reduced to sequentially finding the derivatives and the sum of the derivatives equal to the temperature of the thermal sensor during its heating and cooling, starting with the upper or lower temperature values and comparing the sum of the derivatives with the value until they are completely equal.
