Description

4.The invention relates to the technique of intention of aerosols and spray holes and can be used in the stronghold industry and the chemical industry to control the dispersion of materials. The dispersion of powdered materials can be characterized by a specific surface area equal to the ratio of the total surface of the sample particles to the mass of all particles. The specific surface is determined by measuring the size of the surface of the particles, normalized by the mass of the powder dose. Common methods for measuring surface (but gas permeability and adsorption) are hardware-specific complexity, high instrument cost and time consuming for one measurement. The methods based on charging particles in the field of a corona discharge and measuring the magnitude of the ion current of the corona discharge I, II have not been widely adopted due to low accuracy and resolution. The closest technical solution to the present invention is a device containing a charging chamber with a source of high alternating voltage and a shielded inductive ring connected to an electrometric amplifier. The determination of the particle concentration using this device is based on the charging of the particles under study in the corona discharge zone, in the direction of the flow of charged particles through the screened induction ring and measured III. However, when using the known device for measuring the surface, only the charge of a certain fraction of particles from the sprayed dose is measured, due to the deposition of charged particles in all elements of the gas and gas tract, and the measured proportion varies depending on the particle size, which leads to error. The purpose of the invention 1 is to increase the accuracy of the surface determined by sampling the sample of particles whose surface is measured. The goal is achieved by the fact that the induction ring is made detachable, with a replaceable f 1ltrom installed inside the ring at the place of the connector. In addition, the cross-sectional area of the induction ring several times exceeds the cross-sectional area of the charging chamber. The drawing shows an instrument for determining the surface of a sample of dispersed materials, a general view. The device includes a charging chamber 1 consisting of a coring needle, a needle holder 2 and a cylindrical electrode 3. fastened in a dielectric sleeve 4.
