However, flexible electrodes do not allow their mechanical movement in a dense environment, in wells, etc., without damage. Usually, mechanically rigid electrodes 1 are used for working under the specified conditions, which allow them to be pressed into a dense medium or penetrated in wells. However, during discharge, the rigidity of the electrode is negative. M quality, since such an electrode can be exposed to electrohydraulic effects to a greater extent than the surrounding processable medium. This is the reason for reducing its reliability and resource. The flexible electrodes are cables with an end-working tip 2, which, due to their compliance, are subject to much less destruction from the side of electrohydraulic effects. The core of the invention is to allow the flexible electrode-cable to be immersed in a dense environment, as well as to increase its reliability in operation. This is achieved by the fact that the flexible electric cable is placed in a rigid insulated pipe from the inside, supported at one end on the working tip of the electrode-cable. The pipe may not move vertically along the cable electrode, sliding its outer surface into the opening of the housing of the electrode system. Outside, below the body of the working body, the pipe is protected from the environment by an elastic jacket, tightly attached at one end to the body, and the other to the end tip of the cable electrode. The cavity of the shirt is filled with a liquid dielectric. The upper end of the pipe is hermetically sealed with a bellows to the body of an electrical cable coaxially extending from the pipe. The cavity of the upper bellows and the lower jacket is formed by chambers filled with a liquid dielectric, interconnected through the annular gap between the electrode-cable body and the inner surface of the pipe.
