Description
In a well-known Stanger-type hydroelectric bath, a tannid extract made from exotic plants (quebracho) is used. The use in hydrotherapy, as substitutes for it, of tannins such as a decoction of oak bark, etc., which contain, in addition to tannins of the pyrogall row, also tannins of the pyrocatechol row, does not meet medical conditions for tannins.
Согласно предлагаемому изобретению можно, однако, из дубового сырь получить таннидовые препараты дл лечебных целей, полностью соответствующие всем медицинским кондици м в отношении этого фабриката .According to the invention, however, tannid preparations for therapeutic purposes can be obtained from oak raw materials that fully comply with all medical conditions for this product.
75%.For this, first of all, not oak bark is used as a source material, but oak wood (core), usually containing up to 6% of tannids, from which, under the appropriate process conditions, can be extracted by extraction with water up to 75%.
In contrast to the bark, the core of the oak tree contains tannids of only the pyrogallic series, which is a very significant circumstance for the proposed method.
The raw material is crushed to obtain, for example, chips from 1 to 3 mm thick, which creates optimal conditions for the extraction of tannins from it. The wood thus ground is then subjected to water extraction, best of all on the counter-current principle, in which fresh extract enriches tannin-rich extract for the final saturation and pure water comes to the treated material. In this case, the battery of the diffusers should consist of 6-8 chucks, in which the extract is gradually transferred from one to another.
It is advisable to use in this case closed diffusers, in which the oxidation is much less, the extracts are lighter and the duration of extraction is also shorter.
From 1 kg of raw material, you can get, on average, 2 liters of extract with a strength of 2 ° We. The amount of water needed
3 : 1.for oak wood, a moisture content of 20% is 3: 1.
Дл медицинских целей такие сульфитированные экстракты вл ютс непригодными .Of great importance is the temperature of extraction. At temperatures above 100 ° C and, consequently, according to the newly increased pressure, the tannip properties undergo changes. They become more and more oxidized and turn into dark, difficultly soluble compounds, and some of them are completely destroyed, the same part of them, which is extracted at a higher temperature, does not decompose, but can still be separated from it as insoluble precipitate. However, when treating tannid extracts with sulphites, preparations can be obtained that have good solubility in the cold. However, studies have shown that when sulfite occurs a chemical decomposition of a certain part of tannidic substances occurs, whose products increase the concentration of the group of non-tannids in the extract. For medical purposes, such sulfitized extracts are unsuitable.
In view of this, according to the invention, the extraction temperature is maintained at about BS at atmospheric pressure. It is even better to perform extraction under vacuum at a temperature of 25 °, which should significantly speed up the extraction process and have an even less destructive effect on tannin colloids.
Из 6,5 да древесины можно таким образом получить 1 т жидкого экстракта крепостью .The extract obtained with a strength of 2 ° Weu is subjected to further concentration by evaporation in a vacuum apparatus to 20 ° -24 ° Weu. From 6.5 yes wood, you can thus get 1 ton of liquid extract strength.
It is also possible to convert the enriched concentrate into powder using a nozzle spray dryer, which turns the evaporated concentrate into an aerosol, which dries quickly and takes the form of a fine powder.
Fine grinding can be obtained in another way, albeit more time-consuming. To do this, a syrup-like extract obtained by vacuum evaporation, having the consistency of a viscous liquid, is poured into a vessel, where it solidifies, forming a mass with a conchoidal fracture. This mass is finely ground and sieved through a sieve with openings with a diameter of 0.1 mm.
1 :30 000.The finely divided tannid powder obtained in one way or another is dissolved in water at a temperature of 40 ° to obtain a 35% solution. To this solution, in order to ensure its sterility and in order that the sugars contained in it do not undergo fermentation with the formation of mainly lactic and acetic acids, a preservative is added. Experience has shown that the best preservative is liquid bactericidal agent prof. B.I. Zbarsky, added in the ratio of 1: 20,000 to 1: 30,000.
Отсто вшийс экстракт декантируют и разливают в сосуды определенной емкости , в которых они поступают в употребление .The resulting preparation, after it has been filtered through a cotton filter, is kept for some time in order to allow the remaining coarse dispersed, less stable colloidal particles to settle to the bottom of the vessel. The settled extract is decanted and poured into vessels of a certain capacity in which they come into use.
9%.In the process of obtaining tannid preparations for therapeutic purposes, it is necessary to control the concentration of hydrogen ions of tannids, sugar, as well as viscosity. At the same time Ph should not be higher than 5.0, the concentration of sugar - not more than 9%.
Tannid preparations obtained by the described method have a high solubility in water and, when tested in a Stänger-type hydroelectric bath, give the same effect as Quebracho preparations.
