Изобретение относитс  к неразрушающему контролю материалов и изделий и может быть использовано в ультразвуковой дефектоскопии , толщинометрии и дл  других ультразвуковых измерений. Известен электромагнитоакустический преобразователь, содержащий импульсный электромагнит и высокочастотную катушку индуктивности Qfj , Наиболее близок к изобретению по тех- нической сущности и достигаемому результа ту электромагнитоакустический преобразователь , содержащий посто нный элш тр дагнит и высокочастотную катушку индуктивности, расположенную под полюсрм бго магнитопро . Недостатком этих преобразователей  вл етс  низкий уровень смещений возбуждаемых акустических колебаний и малое значение электрических сигналов при приеме упругих волн, что св зано с трудност ми полу чени  высоких значений магнитной индукции вследствие насыщени  ферромагнитного сердечника магнита. Цель изобретени  - повышение эффективности; йреобразовател  в режиме излучени  путем увеличени  амплитуды излучаемых акустических колебаний и повышение чувствительности в режиме приема усилени  электрических импульсов на выходе преобразовател , соответствующих акустическим колебани м контролируемого издели . Дл  этого предлагаемый преобразователь снабжен дополнительной катушкой импульсного намагничивани , расположенной между полюсом магнитопровода и высокочастотной катушкой индуктивности, включенной таким образом , что ее магнитное доле суммируетс  с магнитным полем посто нного электромагнита. Катушка импульсного намагничивани  быть выполнена в виде йлоского витка. На чертеже изображен предложенный преобразователь , Он содержит посто нный электромагнит с катушками 1,2 и магнитопроеодом 3, катушку 4 импульсного намагничивани  и высокочастотную катушку 5 индуктивности.
