В 23 К 9/16. Three ellipsoidal holes (slots. One of them is hole 3) are located in the lower part of the nozzle on the side of the gas outlet pipe 2, with the larger axis of the hole 3 located perpendicular to the axis of the nozzle. The two remaining openings 4 and 5 are located on both sides of the opening 3, with their major axes located at an angle of 45, to the nozzle axis. The total area of the openings 3, 4 and 5 is equal to the area of the exhaust outlet of the nozzle 2. The nozzle 1 has a cylindrical shank by means of which it is fixed on the insulating sleeve of the burner. In the process of welding, gases and dust are sucked off through holes 3, 4 and 5 into the inside of the nozzle, and then through pipe 2 to the gas outlet hose. The described nozzle, in comparison with the known ones, provides a more complete suction of combustion products and aerosols from the welding zone, is convenient and easy to operate. It is widely used in welding shops for semi-automatic welding. The conic nozzle for suction of gas and dust emissions to a torch for arc welding in shielding gases with holes on its surface, containing a gas outlet tube, characterized in that, in order to increase the efficiency of suction of dust and gas emissions, three ellipsoid holes are made on the surface of the nozzle, one of which is located in the lower part of the nozzle on the side of the gas outlet pipe, with the larger axis of the hole perpendicular to the axis of the nozzle, the other two holes are located on both sides from the aforementioned hole, with the large axes of the holes located at an angle of 45 to the axis of the nozzle, and the total area of the holes is equal to the area of the outlet of the gas outlet nai cabin.
