п.G.1 7 Invention; relates to auxiliary equipment, namely to the construction of a self-propelled trolley. A self-propelled trolley is known, which contains a platform for placing a working tool on it, mounted on axles mounted on axles and made of a ferromagnetic material. A disadvantage of the known self-propelled bogie is that its design does not ensure that the bogie is passable over a complex-shaped surface. The aim of the invention is to create such a construction of a self-propelled trolley, which would provide an improvement in the patency of the trolley on a surface of complex shape. This goal is achieved by the fact that the axles are equipped with additional wheels and permanent magnets located between the main and additional wheels and made in the form of a ring, the outer diameter of which is less than the outer diameter of the main and additional wheels; Figure 1 shows the self-propelled carriage, a general view in figure 2 is the same, top view / in fig.Z - section A-A in figure 1. On the platform 1, an electric motor 2 is fixed with a mechanism for transmitting the motion to the wheels 3. Each wheel 3 is mounted on the axis 4 and between them a permanent magnet 5 and a ring 6. The permanent magnet 5 is turned by poles to the wheels 3, which serve it as pole pieces. The ring b connects the wheels 3 and protects the permanent magnesium 5 from mechanical damage. The ring b is made of a non-magnetic material to prevent magnetic flux from closing through it. When installing the self-propelled bogie on the surface of the ferromagnetic material, the wheels 3 contact with this surface and are attracted to it. When power is supplied to the circuit of the electric motor 2, rotation from it through the transmission mechanism and the driving axles 4 is transmitted to the wheels 3, the latter, rotating with almost no slip, since the magnetic forces are quite large, move the self-propelled car to the surface in any spatial position . To turn, one pair of wheels slows down and the other spins. At the same time, the device begins to unfold towards the inhibited suckers. The number of wheels 3 may be different and depends on the purpose of the self-propelled trolley and its design. The small contact surface of the wheel allows the cart to move along complex shaped surfaces, providing great traction and good maneuverability. For example, a prototype of the proposed self-propelled trolley, made on samaritic cobalt permanent magnets, with the same developed traction force when moving along a vertical wall upwards compared to a similar device with tracked magnetic suction cups is 11 times lighter than the latter. In addition, the tracked device can only move on a flat surface or convex, whose radius of curvature should be at least 1000 mm. The prototype of the proposed self-propelled trolley can move both along flat, and along convex and concave surfaces with much greater curvature (radius of curvature of 100 mm and more). Such self-propelled trolleys make it possible to create automatic welding machines that are light and easy to use, for example, for welding pipes in the power industry, pipes for oil and gas pipelines, in installation and field conditions, to create devices for controlling welds, etc. P.
