The drawing shows a block diagram of an arrangement for measuring the radial deformation of a rotating member (disk). The device contains a disk 1 with a concentric magnetic strip 2; a first measurement channel consisting of 3 with a working gap 4 and a winding 5, an amplifier 6, a phase-shifting chain 7 and a differential amplifier 8; the second measurement channel is from IGW 9 with a working gap 10 and a winding 11, an amplifier 12, a phase-shifting chain 13 and a differential amplifier 14; the third measurement channel is from IGW 15 with a working gap 16 and winding 17, amplifier 18 and signal processing unit 19, for example, from adder 20, detector 21, low-pass filter 22 and recorder 23. A harmonic signal is recorded on a concentric magnetic strip 2 of disc 1. The wavelength of this signal is equal to the maximum effective width of the working gap MHV 3 and 9 with working gaps 4 and 1O of a trapezoid shape. Winding 5 and 11 MGW 3 and 9 through amplifiers 6 and 12, phase shifting chains 7 and 13 are connected to differential amplifiers 8 and 14, to the other inputs of which through winding amplifier 18, winding 17 of third MGW 15 is connected with a rectangular working gap 16 , while the outputs of the differential amplifiers 8 and 14 are connected to the signal processing unit 19, made in the form of a serial connection of the adder 20, the amplitude detector 21 of the low-pass filter 22 and the recorder 23. The device operates as follows. At the magnetic strip 2 of the disk 1 at a low angular velocity of the recording head, a harmonic signal is recorded with a wavelength equal to the maximum effective width of the trapezoid working gaps 4 and 10 of MGB 3 and 9. Since the working gaps are 4 to 10 MHE 3 and 9 are trapezoidal then the amplitude of the signal reproduced by them while rotating the disk 1 depends on the position of the magnetic strip 2 relative to the working gap of each MW. The signals of windings 5, 11, and 17 of the MHT 3, 9, and 15 are amplified by amplifiers 6, 12, and 18 and fed through phase-matching circuits 7 and 13 to the first inputs of differential amplifiers 8 and 14, to the other inputs of which, through the amplifier 18, winds 15. With a working gap of 16 rectangular shape. In the absence of radial deformations and radial beats of the rotating disk 1 during its rotation, the signals on the codes of amplifiers 6, 12 and 18 will have the same amplitude. When phasing signals using phase shifting chains 7 and 13, the signals at the outputs of differential amplifiers 8 and 14 will be equal to zero, and thus the signal at the output of the adder 2O will be equal to zero. In the case of a change in the angular speed of rotation of the disk 1, the amplitudes of the signals at the outputs of amplifiers 6, 12 and 18 will change synchronously and at the outputs of differential amplifiers 8 and 14 there will be a zero signal. At high speeds of rotation of the disk 1, its radial deformations are created, and the magnetic strip 2 with the recorded harmonic signal will move relative to the working gaps 4 and 1 O. The MWE 3 and 9, thereby the ratio of the wavelength of the reproduced signal to the effective width of the trapezoidal working gaps in the magnetic strip zone vary, which contributes to an increase or decrease in amhshitudy signals at the outputs of amplifiers 6 to 12, and thus at the outputs of differential amplifiers 8 and 14. Signals from differential amplifiers 8, 1 4, the amplitude of which is proportional to the magnitude of the radial deformations of the disk 1, is summed up in the adder 20, from which output the signal through the detector 21 and the low-pass filter 22 is recorded in the recorder 23. In the case of the presence of radial oscillations of the disk 1, the output signal of one of the amplifiers is will increase and the output of amplifier 12 will decrease synchronously. Their common signal will be compensated in adder 20, i.e. Radial oscillations of disk 1 will not create measurement errors, which allows increasing the accuracy and resolution of the device. and 3 optics and a device A device for measuring the radial deformations of a rotating element, containing a disk with a concentric magnetic stripe, two measuring channels each of which consists of a magnetic reproduction head (MTB) with a working gap trapezoidal shape mounted over the magnetic strip of the disk, and the amplifier and signal processing unit, characterized in that, in order to improve accuracy and resolution, it is equipped with a third measurement channel consisting of MTB with a rectangular working gap and The first two measurement channels are equipped with each phase-shifting chain and a differential amplifier connected between the amplifier and the input of the signal processing unit, and the output of the third measurement channel amplifier is connected to the second inputs of the differential amplifiers.
