Description

В гильзовых машинах бывают случаи, когда листок дл  формовани  мундштука не захватываетс  навойником свертывающей трубки, остаетс  лежать на пути движени  полосы и тем преп тствует дальнейшей работе машины. Так как листок лежит свободно вперед трубкой навойника, опира сь на оба своих конца, то дл  удалени  листка примен ют качаюш,ийс  рычаг, который при своем качании встречает линию подачи полосы и при этом захватывает с собою листок. Рычаг приводитс  в движение таким образом , что его конец движетс  почти перпендикул рно к направлению подачи, при опускании листка захватывает его и т нет книзу, после чего вторично пересекает линию подачи и возвраш,аетс  в свое первоначальное положение. Качающийс  рычаг производит свое качание с каждым последующим листком, так что он встречает линию направлени  подачи совершенно независимо от того, случилс  ли отказ или нет. Подвод щий рычаг дважды пересекает линию подачи, поэтому машина должна быть устроена так, чтобы сначала, после обратного качани  подвод щего рычага назад, мог быть передвинут вперед новый листок, что св зано с замедлением работы, так как приспособлени  дл  окончательного изготовлени  мундштучной спирали сами по себе в состо нии работать без паузы. Предлагаемое изобретение предназначаетс  дл  устранени  этого недостатка, дл  каковой цели качающийс  рычаг насажен на пальце кривошипа и приводитс  в действие таким образом , что своим рабочим концом он описывает замкнутую кривую с однократным пересечением линии подачи листка. The feed lever crosses the feed line twice, so the machine must be arranged so that first, after reversing the feed lever back, a new leaf can be moved forward, which is associated with slowing down, since the devices for the final manufacture of the mouthpiece spiral myself to work without a pause. The present invention is intended to eliminate this drawback, for which purpose the swinging arm is mounted on the crank pin and is driven in such a way that with its working end it describes a closed curve with a single intersection of the sheet feeding line. In this case, it is possible to sum up a new sheet immediately after crossing the direction of supply without loss of time.
