Description

The invention relates to machines and mechanisms for forestry, in particular to tree planting devices with automatic feeding of seedlings to planting mechanisms.

A device for feeding seedlings to a landing machine of a tree-planting machine is known, comprising a frame and a storage bin mounted on it, a separator and a drive mechanism. The separator in it is made in the form of a spring-loaded grab, which is hinged on the telescopic pusher, and the bunker for seedlings is equipped with a comb-shaped travel stop of the separator.

A disadvantage of the known device is the instability of the release of seedlings from the bunker, the cause of which is the frequent wedging of the grapple on the teeth of the comb stop when approaching the next sow. A grapple stuck on the teeth x cannot capture the sun and leaves the bunker empty.

The aim of the invention is to increase the stability of the release of seedlings from the bin.

This is achieved by the fact that the clamshell separator is equipped with a guide holder fixed on the conveyor, and an ejector is mounted on the frame, which is mathematically connected with the clamshell separator, while the clamshell separator is fitted with spring-loaded

lock, and the bottom of the hopper is made in the form of a louvered grille.

The separator 3 is a maxillary grip, the upper part of which is pressed against the stop by a leaf spring 12 and is provided with a stop 13, limiting its rotation backwards.

The device for feeding the seed works as follows.

When approaching the landing mechanism 8, the separator interacts with the stop 20 with the ejector 7, which, at the moment of transferring the sun to the landing mechanism 8, pushes the separator out of the holder, thereby releasing the sunken clamp between the separator.
