(54) ПОЩШПНИКОВАЯ ОПОРА
Изобретение относитс  к машинострое- |Ш1Ю, а именно к подшипниковым узлам с саморегулируемым нат гом дл  шпинделей металлорежущих станков.
Известна подшипникова  опора, содержа-Г ща  радиально-упорный подшипник и регул тор нат га подшипника, состо щий из набо4 ра грузиков в виде шариков, кат щихс  по |торцам нажимных колец.
Однако известна  опора из-за большого количества движущихс  друг относительно . уга деталей малонадежна в работе и имее|г .значительные габариты.
Целью изобретени   вл етс  устранение указанных недостатков.
Дл  достижени  поставленной цели регу л тор нат га опоры снабжен упругим элетиенТом , охватывающим набор грузиков, nprf ;этом упругий элемент выполнен в виде кол ца.
На чертеже изображена подшипникова  опора.
Она содержит радиально-упорный подши ник с роликами 1, внутренним 2 и наруж1ным 3 кольцами и регул тор нат га, состо -
ший из набора грузиков 4, размещенных между конусной торцовой поверхностью кол ца 5 и нажимным кольцом 6. Набор грузи-н ков охвачен элементом (например, кольцом), благодар  которому грузики прижимаютс  к нажимному кольцу, воздейству1(|щему на ролики подшипника.
Подштшпикова  опора работает следующим образом.
По мере увеличени  чисел оборотов центь робежна  сила грузиков возрастает и ком- пенскрует часть усили , передаваемого на- :жимным кольцом роликам. Поэтому нат г а |подщипш1ке уменьшаетс .

Формула изобретени  Подшитшкова  опора, содержаща  раДиально-упорный подшипник и регул тор наЬг га подшипника, состо щий из набора груЬиков , контактирующих с нажимными кольцами , отличающа с  тем, что, |с целью повышени  надежности опоры и уменьшени  ее габаритов, регул тор нат га снабжен уттругим элементом, охватывающим набор грузиков, при этом упругий элемент выполнен в виде кольпа.
