Description
ч. A glass composition is known, including SiO2, HOP3, CaO, MgO, RsO, FesOa, TiOa 1. The closest to the proposed invention is glass, including SiO2 HBOz, CaO, MgO, NasO, CgO, Fe2Oz, TiOa 2. A disadvantage of the known compositions of low heat resistance and alkali resistance. To improve heat resistance and alkali resistance in the proposed glass, these components are contained in the following amounts, wt. 7c SiOz 60-63 ALOz 10.9-11.5 CaO 11.3-12.3 MgO 1.5-2.7 NagO 6.6-7.0 1.8-2.0 3.6-4, 0 0.1-0.5 The raw materials for the described glass are: low-melting clay-clay, quartz sand and soda ash. The mixture is carefully transferred, milled, and cooked at 1420-1440 ° C. The duration of exposure at a final temperature of from one to two hours, after which the mass is annealed at 560-570 ° C for an hour. Example. To obtain the glass take 0 weight. h. loess, 15 wt. including quartz sand and weight. including soda ash. Chemical becoming glass: SiOz-61,67; HOS-11,16; O-11.78; MgO-2,6; Na90-6.77, 87; goz-3.75; South-0.40. The described glass has the following features. Maximum glass melting temperature.
