Description

Изобретение касаетс  трикотажного машиностроени , в частности петлеобразующег устройства основов зальной машины с пазовыми иглами. Известно петлеобрэзующее устройство основов зальной машины, содержащее брус с пазовыми иглами, расположенными между платинами Однако при прокладывании нитей, особен но жестких нитей повышенной толщины, иглы в таком устройстве неустойчивы, отгибаютс  и ломаютс . Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение устойчивости игл в момент прокладывани  на них нитей. Это достигаетс  тем, что в петлеобразующем устройстве основов зальной машины содержашем брус с пазовыми иглами, расположенными между платинами, кажда  игла с боков имеет выполненные за одно целое с ней опорные выступы дл  контактировани  со стенками платин в крайнем верхнем положении игл. На . 1 изображено петлеобразуюшее устройство, вид спереди; на фиг. 2 - то же, вид сбоку. Предложенное устройство содержит брус 1с пазовыми иглами 2, расположенными между платинами 3. Кажда  игла 2 имеет с боков выполненные за одно целое с ней опорные выступы 4 дл  контактировани  со стенками 5 платин 3 в крайнем верхнем положении игл. 2. Это положение соответствует положению Заключение. При работе машины иглы перемешаютс  между подвижными платинами. Когда иглы 2наход тс  в верхнем положении, прокладывают нити 6. Усилие со стороны нитей при- водит к отгибу игл 2, однако 4, опира сь на стенки 5 платин, предотвращают изгиб игл относительно места их закреплени  в брусе 1. Таким образом значительно уменьшаетс  возможна  амплитуда колебани  игл относительно бруса, а это повышает устойчивость игл в момент прокладывани  на них нитей. This is achieved by the fact that in the loop-forming device of the founding machine, there is a bar with groove needles located between the platinum plates, each needle on the sides has integral protrusions made with it for contacting with the platinum walls in the extreme upper position of the needles. On . 1 shows a loop-forming device, front view; in fig. 2 - the same, side view. The proposed device comprises a beam 1 with groove needles 2 located between the plates 3. Each needle 2 has integral protrusions 4 integrally formed with it from the sides for contacting the walls 5 of the plates 3 in the extreme upper position of the needles. 2. This position corresponds to the position Conclusion. When the machine is running, the needles are intermixed between the moving plates. When the needles 2 are in the upper position, they lay the threads 6. The force from the threads leads to the bending of the needles 2, however 4, resting on the walls 5 of the platinum, prevent bending of the needles relative to the place of their fixation in the beam 1. Thus the oscillation amplitude of the needles relative to the timber, and this increases the stability of the needles at the time of laying the threads on them. With the help of such a device, such threads as dederonova with a twist diameter of 0.3 mm can be processed.
