Изобретение относитс к способу получ ни биметаллических комплексов, которые могут использоватьс в качетсве катализатора в гомогенном катализе, а также дл получени би- и полиметаллических порошков высокой чистоты и дисперсности. Известен способ получени биметалличе ких комплексен общей формулы ( I ) 4-п l ,(CO)y, где R - алкил или арил; М - германий, олово или свинец; X - галоид; 1,2,3 или 4; тп 1,2 или 3, заключающийс в том, что декакарбонил марганц подвергают взаимодействию с амальгамой натри с последующей обработкой полученного продукта соединением общей формулы ( ) ) , где п - 2 или 3, R - алкил, арил, циклоалкил , аралкил или алкарил, X - галоид, в среде органического растворител с выделением целевого продукта известными приемами . К недостаткам описанного способа относитс его многостаднйность, необходимость использовани металлических натри и ртути, а также образование практически неразделимых смесей продуктов при попытках получить комплексы формулы ( 1 ), в которых п фт. Целью изобретени вл етс упрощение технологии процесса. Зта цель достигае-тс тем, что согласно изобретению декакар)бонил марганца подвергают взаимодействию с соединением формулы ( II ): ,, где R - алкил или арил, М - германий, олово или ртуть, X - галоид, тг 1,2,3 или 4 при кипении реакционной массы в атмосфере инерт ного газа.The invention relates to a process for preparing bimetallic complexes that can be used as a catalyst in homogeneous catalysis, as well as for producing bi-and polymetallic powders of high purity and dispersion. The disadvantages of the described method are its multistage, the need to use metallic sodium and mercury, as well as the formation of practically inseparable mixtures of products when trying to obtain the complexes of formula (1), in which n ft. The aim of the invention is to simplify the process technology. This goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the invention, a decar) bonyl manganese is reacted with a compound of the formula (II):, where R is alkyl or aryl, M is germanium, tin or mercury, X is halogen, tg 1,2,3 or 4 at boiling of the reaction mass in an inert gas atmosphere.
