Продукты сгорани покидают камеру горени , проход через рекуператор .h | This invention relates to the field of gas tube heaters for furnaces for the chemical heat treatment of metal in controlled atmospheres. A known dead-end radiation tube consisting of. coaxially located central fuel, intermediate air and outer radiating tubes and a burner head having an aperture of gas and air. However, the impossibility of intensive cooling of the fuel pipe, as well as a larger flow rate of air than is necessary for burning the fuel, is noted. The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life of the radiation pipe by preventing the thermal decomposition of natural gas. This is achieved by the fact that a screen is installed between the fuel and air pipes, which forms an intermediate air manifold with the burner head. The drawing shows the proposed pipe. The dead-end radiation tube consists of an outer radiating tube of a perforated air tube 2, a central fuel tube 3. At the closed (dead-end) end of the outer tube there is a burner head 4 with end air holes 5, as well as radial 6 and central 7 fuel holes. The radiation pipe is equipped with a recuperator 8 and a screen 9 of the fuel pipe 3. The screen together with the burner head forms an intermediate air collector 10. There are a large number of holes 11 on the perforated air pipe. The pipe operates as follows. The air supplied to the radiation tube is divided into two streams. The first stream, the passage of the heat exchanger 8, is heated to 500-550 ° C and enters the annular channel formed by the screen 9 and the air tube 2 and is distributed through the openings 11 of the pipe 2. The second stream, the recuperator, enters the annular channel between the fuel pipe 3 and screen 9 and through an intermediate collector into the end air holes 5 of the head 4. Natural gas or its mixture is fed as a fuel with a small amount of m of air into the central pipe 3. A portion of the fuel passing through the central opening 7 of the burner head 4 is mixed with the air entering through the openings 5 and forms a steady flame. Another part of the fuel enters the combustion chamber through a radial orifice 6. The double distribution of fuel in the burner head creates such conditions for its mixing with the oxidizing agent, which prevent the free carbon from being released during combustion. In the combustion chamber, when moving from the dead end of the outer tube to the recuperator, the flow of incomplete combustion products enriched in fuel flowing out of the openings 6 is penetrated by numerous jets of air from the openings 11. These provide good mixing and burnout of the fuel. Combustion products leave the combustion chamber, the passage through the heat exchanger.
