Description

Изобретение имеет целью использовать масл ный альдегид и ароматические амины дл  получени  термореактивных смол различного назначени .The invention aims to use aldehyde oil and aromatic amines to produce thermosetting resins for various purposes.

Technical oil aldehyde is a mixture of various components, and the content of pure oil aldehyde can vary within very wide limits. By its nature in condensation reactions with phenols, it largely resembles acetaldehyde, for example, it does not form resole resins in the presence of bases, and in the presence of mineral acids, even with a significant excess of aldehyde, fusible novolac-type soluble resins are obtained.

130-140°.Upon condensation of aniline with formaldehyde in equimolar amounts without a catalyst, an exothermic reaction occurs and a white, amorphous anhydroaniline formaldehyde (CH) g is formed, which is heated in the presence of acids to 130-140 ° C to transfer to the resin.

When aniline is mixed with acetic aldehyde, resin formation occurs at ordinary temperature, without introducing catalysts into the reaction medium, while condensing with oil aldehyde without catalysts, an exothermic reaction occurs at room temperature and a mixture of amorphous and crystalline products, which do not have a resin nature, forms. relatively fusible.

Сравнительно низка  температура кипени  масл ного альдегида, плоха  растворимость в воде и токсичность заставл ют проводить с ним конденсацию , соблюда  р д предосторожностей .The relatively low boiling point of aldehyde oil, poor solubility in water, and toxicity cause condensation to take place with it, being careful to take precautions.

The author has developed the following condensation method:

1) ароматические амины раствор ютс  в масл ном альдегиде при достаточном охлаждении, преп тствующем прохождению сильной экзотермической реакции. После получени  раствора, в котором масл ный альдегид находитс  в определенных молекул рных соотношени х к аминам, масса слегка подогреваетс  и в определенных температурных пределах (ниже температуры кипени  альдегида) происходит в отсутствии катализаторов экзотермическа  реакци  и образуетс  начальный продукт конденсации;1) Aromatic amines are dissolved in oil aldehyde with sufficient cooling to prevent the passage of a strong exothermic reaction. After a solution is obtained in which the oily aldehyde is in certain molecular ratios to amines, the mass is slightly heated and within certain temperature limits (below the boiling point of the aldehyde) an exothermic reaction occurs in the absence of catalysts and an initial condensation product is formed;
