(54) METHOD OF SOIL FLASHING
The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to methods of tillage. A known method of plowing involves cutting the stratum, turning it and placing it in a furrow, in which each stratum is divided into parts wrapped in different trajectories and an incomplete revolution occurs in the parts of the reservoir, their loading and an increase in the energy intensity of plowing. The purpose of the invention is to improve the incorporation of crop residues and reduce the energy intensity of plowing. This is achieved by cutting off the two sides of each layer, and turning the plate along a helical path, rounding off at least one side of the layer. Cutting the reservoir on both sides and moving it along a helical trajectory ensures a smooth turn of the reservoir without unloading, and rounded lateral sides facilitates shrinkage of the reservoir to the bottom of its furrow and improves the incorporation of plant residues. FIG. 1 shows a cross section of adjacent soil layers in the process of turning and laying them / in furrows (cross sections of adjacent layers I are given in pairs symmetrical positions, with adjacent layers A and B turned in different directions and their sides are rounded); in fig. 2-8 show successive operations and positions of the cross sections of the layers during plowing. The jumper made a vertical section of the soil 1 in the plane of symmetry of two adjacent layers A and B (Fig. 2-3), and then the rounded shape of the two lower edges 2 of these layers was attached (Fig. 3) and at the same time two vertical sections 3, section A and B layers from the neighboring ones. Then, layers A and B are trimmed in a horizontal plane (Fig. 4) and simultaneously rotated in opposite directions, while the second lower ribs 4 are rounded. When turning, place them within the furrow width. The last stages of the process of reversing and laying out the cut out soil layers A and B in
