Description
Nowadays, in the sintering practice, there are two methods differing from each other for removal of gases and dips from under the pallet of the sintering machine. One method, the German, pursues a special design of suction bags, maximum separation of dust from combustion products, now after the gases exit through the grate pallet, in order to prevent it from entering the main suction line and reduce its wear and, consequently, increase its service life. At the same time, the unloading of dust from the bags is carried out manually into special heat chutes, which divert to the common bunker. At the time of unloading, the bag is turned off from the general suction system.
The second method is American without separating the gap in the suction bags. In this case, the separation of dust occurs partly in the main line of the gas suction and then in a cyclone located behind the gas suction. Both the first and second methods have the disadvantage that for the time of unloading it is necessary to turn off the suction bags, since the unloading takes place in an open way; at
этом получаетс пылевыделение, вл ющеес основным злом агломерационных фабрик.this produces dust emission, which is the main evil of sinter plants.
The present invention aims to fully mechanize the cleaning of suction bags with full tightness with the use of a hydraulic method of cleaning the failure.
In FIG. 1 gives a front view of the machine and FIG. 2 is a side view.
Along the sacks of sintering machines, there is a water supply line /, which has branches of nozzles 2 with valves 3. The nozzles are located along the bag and have nozzles / 6 supplying water to the contaminated surface of the bags.
In estrus 4, the water that flushes the dip is directed through pipes 5 to a special bunker 6, where dirt accumulates at the bottom of the bunker, and the heated water leaves through the sewer pipe 7 and can be used for technical purposes. Tightness is achieved by the fact that the opening 8 of the pipe 15, supplying a dip into the bunker, is located below the water level in the bunker, due to which a column of water 9 is formed in the pipe, depending on the magnitude
