Существующие конструкции намазных мащин не обеспечивают полной сохранности щерсти. При намазке кожи часть состава попадает на шерсть и сгон ет наиболее ценную часть ее. Кроме этого, производительность существующих мащин весьма незначительна и составл ет около 500 щтук кож опойка.Existing designs of namah mashin not provide full preservation of wool. Машина выполнена в виде бесконечной ленты, проход щей через ванну с намазывающим раствором. Дл предохранени шерсти обрабатываемой шкуры от попадани на нее намазывающего раствора лента снабжена чейками и расположена с подъемом в верхней ветви в одну сторону, обеспечивающим стекание захваченного чейками раствора в сторону, обратную движению ленты, с целью достижени намазывани наложенных на ленту шкур лишь с нижней стороны .The machine is made in the form of an endless ribbon passing through a bath with a spreading solution.
