Description
При подаче сжатого воздуха в нижний пневмоцилиндр 7 шток его открывает клапан 5 и материал высыпаетс из шлюзовой камеры 2 в аппарат 3 повышенного давлени . После опорожнени шлюзовой камеры 2 с помошью пневмораспределител 15 подают сжатый воздух к верхнему торцу пневмоцилиндра 11, который ходом корпуса вверх сжимает эластичную камеру 2, вытесн при этом наход ш ,ийс в ней воздух через открытый нижний выпускной клапан 5. При достижении полного сжати шлюзовой камеры 2 пневмораспределителем 15 снимаетс давление сжатого воздуха в пневмоцилиндре 7 и при помошн возвратной пружины 9 клапан 5 перекрывает шлюзовую камеру. Затем при помощи пневмораспределител 15 одновременно подаетс сжатый воздух в пневмоцилиндр 6 и в нижний торец пневмоцилиндра 11. Шток нневмоцилиндра 6 открывает клапан 4, а корпус пневмоцилиндра 11 ходом вниз начинает раст гивать шлюзовую камеру до заданного или полного объема. При достижении шлюзовой камерой заданного или полного объема, который регулируетс установкой конечного выключател 14, последний дает импульс электромагниту пневмораспределителю 15, с помош,ью которого давление сжатого воздуха в пневмоцилиндре 6 стравливаетс и посредством возвратной пружины 8 клапан 4 закрывает загрузочное отверстие в шлюзовую камеру 2. The rod of the pneumatic cylinder 6 opens the valve 4, and the pneumatic cylinder body 11 starts to expand the locking chamber down to a predetermined or full volume. When the lock chamber reaches a predetermined or full volume, which is regulated by installing the limit switch 14, the latter gives an impulse to the electromagnet to the pneumatic distributor 15, with which the pressure of compressed air in the pneumatic cylinder 6 is released and by means of the return spring 8 the valve 4 closes the loading opening in the lock chamber 2. Then the cycle of operation of the device is repeated in the same sequence.
