Description

Изобретение относитс  к области норошковой металлургии, в частности к установ кам дл  спекани  и термомагннтпой обработки ферритовых сердечников. Известна установка дл  термомагнитной обработки ферритовых сердечников, содержаща  печь и вертикальный токопровод щий стержень, соединенный с источником тока, причем стержень установлен внутри печи. Однако отмечаетс  низка  производительность установки и иизкое качество термообработанных ферритов, обусловленные отсутствием ненрерывного технологического процесса. Предложенна  установка отличаетс  тем, что дл  повышени  производительностн процесса и качества ферритовых сердечников, она снабжена зажимными устройствами, каждое из которых выполнено в виде трех механических захватов, расположенных вдоль стержн  и снабженных механизлчами их раскрыти . На чертеже приведена предложенна  уста .ноВка. Установка состоит из печи 1 с вертикальным рабочим каналом 2, в центре которого проходит токопровод щий стержень 3, концы которого 4 и 5 свободно выход т из канала 2 и закреплены в зажимных устройствах 6 н 7. Каждое из зажимных устройств выполнено в виде трех механических захватов: верхнее захватов 8, 9 и 10, нижнее -захватов 11, 12 и 13. Механические захваты снабжены механизмами раскрыти . В верхней части печи установлен загрузочный бункер 14, а в нижней- приемное устройство 15, обрабатываемые издели  (сердечники) 16 имеют форму кольца. Установка действует следующим образом. Издели  16 из загрузочного бункера 14 непрерывно поступают на верхний конец 4 стержн  3. Зажимные устройства 6 и 7 при помощи захватов, включающихс  попарно (8-11, 9-12, 10-13), обесиечивают равномерную загрузку и выгрузку изделий 16 в заданном автоматическом режиме. При этом обеспечиваетс  непрерывность прохождени  электрического тока от источника по стержню 3. В результате вокруг стержн  создаетс  магнитное ноле, в котором производитс  термическа  обработка ферритовых сердечников. Скорость перемещени  сердечников 16, а следовательно , и продолжительность термообработки, онредел етс  частотой срабатывани  захватов . Предложенна  установка новыщает производительность процесса термообработки ферритовых сердечников и повышает их качество. A known device for thermomagnetic treatment of ferrite cores, comprising a furnace and a vertical conductive rod connected to a current source, the rod being installed inside the furnace. However, the plant performance is poor and the quality of heat-treated ferrites is poor due to the lack of a continuous process. The proposed installation is characterized in that in order to increase the productivity of the process and the quality of ferrite cores, it is equipped with clamping devices, each of which is made in the form of three mechanical grippers located along the rod and equipped with mechanisms to open them. The drawing shows the proposed installation. The installation consists of a furnace 1 with a vertical working channel 2, in the center of which a conductive rod 3 passes, the ends of which 4 and 5 freely exit from channel 2 and are fixed in clamping devices 6 and 7. Each clamping device is made in the form of three mechanical grippers : the upper grippers 8, 9 and 10, the lower grippers 11, 12 and 13. The mechanical grippers are provided with opening mechanisms. In the upper part of the furnace there is a loading hopper 14, and in the lower part, a receiving device 15, the processed products (cores) 16 are ring-shaped. The installation operates as follows. Products 16 from the hopper 14 are continuously fed to the upper end 4 of the rod 3. The clamping devices 6 and 7 using clamps, which are included in pairs (8-11, 9-12, 10-13), decouple the uniform loading and unloading of the products 16 in a given automatic mode. This ensures the continuity of the passage of electrical current from the source through the rod 3. As a result, a magnetic field is created around the rod, in which thermal processing of the ferrite cores is carried out. The speed of movement of the cores 16, and consequently, the duration of heat treatment, is determined by the frequency of operation of the grippers. The proposed installation boosts the productivity of the heat treatment process of ferrite cores and improves their quality.
