The invention relates to the field of vacuum-tight articulation of parts of the glass shell of a color kinescope.

A known method of vacuum-tight articulation of parts of electrovacuum devices consists in applying a layer of a suspension of powder of low-melting glass in an organic solvent to the mating surfaces, drying them for 2 hours in air, then pumping out the volume to a pressure of about 25 mm Hg. Art., after which the product is heated for 10 minutes at a temperature exceeding the annealing temperature by 140 ° C. However, when the glass is in the molten state, the parts to be joined may move relative to each other, which is unacceptable during this process, which requires great precision in the relative position of the parts.

The proposed method differs from the well-known fact that before applying a sealing substance, the parts are mechanically bonded using low-temperature hardening glue, and then the sealing substance, such as low-melting enamel or crystallized glass cement, is applied to the lateral surfaces of the adjacent parts with subsequent annealing.

This makes it possible to simplify the process technology and improve the accuracy of the assembly of parts (the accuracy of their relative position), for example, when the screen is joined to the frame on which the focusing grid is fixed. The tolerance for changing the relative position of the connected parts does not exceed 5-10 microns.

Subject invention

Способ вакуумноплотного сочленени  деталей стеклооболочки цветного кинескопа, основанный на нанесении на сопр гаемые детали герметизирующего вещества, например легкоплавкой эмали или кристаллизующегос  стеклоцемента, с последующим отжигом, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью упрощени  технологии и повышени  точности сборки деталей, перед нанесением герметизирующего вещества производ т механическое скрепление деталей при помощи кле  низкотемпературного отвердевани .The method of vacuum-tight articulation of the parts of the glass shell of a color kinescope based on applying a sealing substance on the matched parts, for example low-melting enamel or crystallizing glass cement, followed by annealing, in order to simplify the assembly of parts, before applying the sealing substance mechanical fastening of parts with the help of low-temperature hardening glue.
