Предмет изобретени Регул тор температуры, содержащий измеритегтьный мост с термодатчиком-нагревателем , У С-цепочки, диоды и усилитель, к выходу которого подключен управл ющий электрод тиристора, отличающийс тем, что, с целью повыщени точности работы устройства , в нем С-ценочки через диоды включены параллельно двум смежным плечам моста и подключены ко входу усилител .The controller is designed to automatically control the temperature of the electric heating elements when used, for example, in electrothermal conditions. Temperature regulators are known, containing a measuring bridge with a thermal sensor heater, C-chains, diodes and an amplifier, to the output of which the thyristor electrode is connected is controlled. In the proposed controller, the ./ C-chains through the diodes are connected in parallel to the two adjacent arms of the measuring bridge, which do not contain a thermal sensor, and are connected to the input of the amplifier. This allows to increase the accuracy of the controller. The drawing shows a diagram of the proposed temperature controller. The heater-temperature sensor 1 and the resistors 2, 3 and 4 constitute a temperature-sensitive bridge. Parallel to the adjacent shoulders of the bridge 3 and 4 are connected via diodes 5 and 6 into C-chains, consisting respectively of capacitors 7, 8 and resistors 9, 10. These 1 / C-chains are connected to the input of the amplifier stage 11, which is protected by silicon diodes 12 , 13, limiting the size of the input signal. When you turn on the circuit in the AC network through the measuring bridge and the resistor 14 is half-wave current. The current through the heater is limited by resistors 3, 14 and does not significantly affect the temperature of the heater. The capacitors 7, 8 are charged by the voltage on the resistors 3, 4, respectively, and during their subsequent discharge between the points a and b, a sawtooth signal is formed, the amplitude of which is proportional to the magnitude of the unbalance of the bridge, i.e. on the resistor 4. With a large deviation of the heater temperature from the set point, this signal is large and the thyristor 15 opens at the beginning of the second half-wave, the power current through the heater is maximum. As the temperature of the heater rises, the sawtooth signal decreases, as a result of which the thyristor is unlocked later, skipping the smaller part of the half period. Thus, the average current through the heater is reduced and set automatically at a level that is necessary to maintain the desired temperature at a given heat sink. The subject of the invention is a temperature controller containing a measuring bridge with a thermal sensor-heater, a C-chain, diodes and an amplifier, to the output of which a thyristor control electrode is connected, characterized in that, in order to improve the accuracy of the device, the C-chain through it the diodes are connected in parallel to the two adjacent shoulders of the bridge and are connected to the amplifier input.
