Description
Modern construction equipment sets itself the task of finding buildings of the frame type, with filling the walls with possible light and low thermal conductivity material, which at the same time would be sufficiently strong, fireproof, unbreakable water and affordable. For this purpose, a method is proposed for the manufacture of artificial stones and plastic hardening masses from clay or tripoli, or from a mixture of clay and tripoli.
For the first composition (dissimilar clay is suitable, starting with ordinary yellow, usually containing lime, and ending with kaolin), a small amount of lime in the clay is necessary; in the absence of this, it is added to the clay in an amount of about 2%. For the second composition (tripoli), tripoli unfired, with a characteristic microscopic structure, is more suitable. As a non-lime, Tripoli usually needs a small addition to it. The processing of clay, tripoli, and the mixture of the latter with clay consists in mixing these materials in a finely divided form into a pasty dense mass with a solution of rosin soap, preferably neutral, which is used in paper production, in the presence of Petrov's sulfonaphthenic contact. The role of contact is to achieve the best envelopment of mineral particles with rosin soap and to promote the formation of insoluble lime soap from the latter. A solution of rosin soap can contain from 6 g of rosin in a liter of solution and more, a review because of the strength and water resistance one wishes to impart to the product. The sulfonaphthenic contact is added to the shutter mass in an amount of about 0.25-1.0% of the volume of the solution. To increase strength and strength, about 5% more by weight may be added to the mass.
сухих веществ - асбеста распущенного , длинноволокнистого.dry substances - loose asbestos, long fiber.
Клгдка, затем, может быть оштукатурена этим же раствором с асбестом по оплетке печной проволокой, укрепленной на гвозд х, вогнанных в швы кладки, пока они не просохли .The mixing is done with stirring the mass to the utmost homogeneity. The finished mass is fed to the molding in a brick. Gyo / G teTgcnusg machine or thrust .Y2 1 E2Fo RVD chno in the form of a solution. The dried mass is a ready-made building material that does not require roasting, steaming, etc. In view of the considerable shrinkage during the drying of the obtained artificial stones according to the proposed method, it is recommended to use them in the construction business in the form of dry bricks; a composition in which, for strength and to prevent cracking, a more or less significant amount of asbestos can be introduced. Klgdka, then, can be plastered with the same solution with asbestos on the braid of the kiln wire, fastened to the nails, driven into the joints of the masonry, until they are dry.
It is assumed that the thermal conductivity of the walls in one brick from
камней, изготовленных по предлагаемому способу, соответствует теплопроводности стен в два с половиной кирпича, построенных из обыкновенного кирпича.stones made by the proposed method, corresponds to the thermal conductivity of the walls in two and a half bricks, built of ordinary bricks.
