Description
The invention relates to welding materials for welding silver to steel, deposition of silver on steel, steel-silver bimetal welding, and can be used in chemical and electrochemical machine building in the manufacture and repair of equipment combining steel and silver, working in simple and aggressive media. . Known welding process for welding silver to steel, containing the following components,%: Nickel 0.6 l-l Palladium 1-1 O Lanthanum, O01-O, O5 Silver Other The purpose of the invention is to increase the heat-resistance of the welded joint. For this, boron in the amount of O, 001-O, 1% and zirconium in the amount of O, OO1-0.1% is introduced into the composition of the welded wire, and the remaining components are taken in the following percentage ratio: Nickel0, O1-11 Palladium1-10 SilverEverything Else When welding with the proposed wire, the accompanying silver impurities form stable joints with zirconium, float to the surface of the seam, and the rest of the joints are evenly distributed along the grain body and its boundaries as separate micro-inclusions. In the range of crystallization of silver, zirconium is the most active element with respect to hydrogen, therefore, it performs an additional role — a hydrogen adsorber, which has a positive effect on the density of welds. Boron exhibits a high activity towards oxygen, forming a boride compound, thereby preventing the formation of pores and cracks. The presence of palladium provides strong adhesion of silver to steel, increases corrosion resistance due to mutual dissolution in iron and silver. Nickel in silver alloy performs
