2.This invention relates to liquid amount counters. Liquid counters are known in which photovoltaic devices are used, consisting of a light source and a photoresistor, separated by co-centrically mounted cups, one of which is fixed and provided with a hole, and the second is fixed on the output shaft of the volume meter and has several windows. The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the possibility of the occurrence of a false signal when the counter is inoperative. This is achieved by the fact that in the proposed counter, the rotating cup is mounted on the volume meter shaft freely, fixed from axial displacements with a brush and provided with an unbalanced mass located at the periphery. FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of the proposed counter; in fig. 2 - installation of a glass with an unbalanced mass on the shaft of a volume meter; in fig. 3 is a section along A-A in FIG. 2. The proposed liquid quantity counter consists of three main components: a volume meter 1, a pulse sensor 2, and an electromagnetic pulse counter 3. The pulse sensor contains a photovoltaic device 4 and a transistor amplifier 5. The photoelectric device consists of a photocell 6, a light source 7 inside basement glass 8, which has a window between the photocell and the light source on the cylindrical surface, and glass 9, which has an oval hole 10 in the seating part, window 11 and not The lansirovaya mass 12 on the perfernial surface, which the node is bent by a certain angle, for example 30 °, in the direction of rotation of the glass relative to the window 11. The glass 9 freely sits on the shaft 13 of the volume meter and is fixed on it from axial movement with a pin 14, which in CASE turns into an angular rotation of the glass. The transistor amplifier 5 consists of resistors 15-19, diodes 20-23, transistors 24, 25 and 26, capacitors 27 and 28. The meter operates as follows. The liquid that flows through the volume gauge 1 rotates its pinion. The rotation through the shaft 13 is transmitted to the glass 9. When the window 11 of the glass 9 is located between the photocell 6 and the light source 7, the photocell illuminates through the windows in the glasses 8 and 9 and its resistance decreases, resulting in an increase in current through the photocell 6 and the resistor 16. Electromagnetic counter 3 is triggered by signals from the pulse sensor 2.
Фотоэлемент 6 в этом положении не освещаетс , и электрическа св зь с электромагнитным счетчиком 3 отсутствует .When cessation of fluid flow through the volume meter, the cup 9 continues to rotate around the shaft 13 due to the mass 12 up to the stop in the schiff .14. The photocell 6 is not illuminated in this position and there is no electrical connection to the electromagnetic meter 3.
