Изобретение относитс к составам гидравлических жидкостей, ингибированиьш против окислени .
Известны гидравлические жидкости на основе сложных эфиров фосфорных кислот, содержащие ингибиторы коррозии, антиокислительные присадки, в зкостные присадки и др. Известные жидкости недостаточно стабильны против окислени .
С целью повышени окислительной стабильности согласно изобретению в гидравлическую жидкость на основе сложных эфиров фосфорных кислот введено 0,005-3 вес. % эфира фосфорной кислоты общей формулы

Основа гидравлической жидкости представл ет собой сложные эфиры фосфорной кислоты общей формулы

Типичными иримерами замещенных алкильных радикалов вл ютс галоидалкильные радикалы формулы

где Hal - галоид (фтор, хлор, бром), + + 1 или меньше, «-от О до 18 и R,R -водород , галоид или алкил.
Рекомендуютс следующие основы: триалкилфосфаты , в которых алкильна групиа содержит 4-20 углеродных атомов; триарилфосфаты , в которых арильна групиа представл ет собой фенильную, крезильную, ксилильную групну, изопропилфенильную и/или а-метилбензильную группы; смешанные алкиларилфосфаты , например арилдиалкилфосфаты и алкилдиарилфосфаты, в которых алкильные груииы содержат 4-8 углеродных атомов, а арильные группы представл ют собой фенильные , крезильные, ксилильные, изоиропилфенильные и а-метилбензильные группы. Особо рекомендуемые фосфаты: трибутилфосфат, тригексилфосфат, три-(«-бутил)-фосфат, три (2-этилгексил)-фосфат, тридецилфосфат, трикрезилфосфат , триксилилфосфат, крезилфенилфосфат , ксилилкрезилфосфат, ксилилфенилфосфат , изопропилфенилфеиилфосфат, ссметилбензилфенилфосфат , диизопропилфенилфенилфосфат , дифенилфенилфосфаты и их смеси.
В качестве бис-(алкилфенола) можно вводить 4,4-метиленбис - (2,6 - ди-грет-бутилфенол ), а также бис-(алкилфенолы): 4,4метиленбис- (2,6-ди-трет - амилфенол), 4,4метиленбис - (2,6 - диизоироиилфенол), 2,2 метиленбис - (3 - трет - бутил-6-изопропилфенол ), 4,4 - метиленбис - (З-трет-бутил-б-изонропилфенол ), 2,2-метиленбис - (3,4 - ди грег-бутилфенол ) и их смеси.
Особо рекомендуетс смесь кислых додецилфосфатов , котора характеризуетс следующими свойствами (SUS-в зкость в универсальных единицах по Сейболту).

Жидкости согласно изобретению могут, кроме того, содержать любую из хорошо известных ирисадок, таких как беззольные диспергирующие тииа алкоксилированного алкил0 фенола; дезактиваторы металлов, такие как бензотриазол и N, N-дисалицилиден - 1,2, дипропандиамин; антипенные агенты, такие как метилсиликоны. 5 в зкости, в количестве примерно 10% по весу. Можно употребл ть любой из известных агентов , улучшающих индекс в зкости, совместимый с основой жидкости. Наилучшие результаты иолучают при ирименении полимеров и
0 сополимеров алкильных эфиров Ci-€20 акриловой и метакриловой кислот с молекул рным весом примерно 5000-50000.
Жидкости согласно изобретению можно иримен ть, например, в комирессорах, гидравлических подъемииках, лифтах, гидравлических системах, используемых в самолетостроении , системах тормозов, в печах с подачей кислорода, в оборудовании дл лить в посто нные формы, в приспособлени х дл
0 рихтовки, в сервооборудовании, в оборудовании дл рудников и т. п., а также в качестве смазочных материалов дл паровых турбин.
Пример 1. Основой жидкости вл етс ксилилкрезилфосфат, в котором весовое соотношение ксилильных и крезильных групп составл ет примерно 4:1 и в зкость которого примерно 220 SUS при 37,78°С (.100°Ф).
Основу смешивают с 1,0 вес. % 4,4-метиленбис- (2,6 - ди-трег-бутилфенола) дл получени жидкости А. Вторую порцию той же основы смещивают с 1 вес. .% 4,4-метиленбис- (2,6-ди-грет-бутилфенола), как указано выше, и 0,05 вес. % смеси кислых додецилфосфатов (фирменное название «ортолеум
5 162), изготавливаемой фирмой «Дюпон де Немур, дл получени жидкости В. Жидкости А и В, а также основу жидкости без присадок исследуют на стабильность при окислении (федеральный метод испытаний, стандарт
0 Л 791 а. Метод 5308.4), а также на коррозионность (метод ASTMD 665-60). Результаты испытаний приведены в табл. 1.

Результаты, приведенные в табл. 1, отчетливо показывают лучшую стойкость к окислению предлагаемой гидравлической жидкости.
Пример 2. Жидкость С приготовлена, как жидкость В в примере 1 за исключением того, что использовано 0,01% по весу «ортолеума 162. Эту жидкость исследуют, провод р д параллельны.х опытов, так же, как описано в примере 1, полученные результаты приведены в табл. 2.

Как видно из приведенных результатов, даже в том случае, когда количество кислого фосфата снижено в п ть раз по сравнению с вводившимс в жидкость В, достигаетс суш ,ествевное улучшение стойкости к окислению .
Пример 3. Крезилксилилфенилфосфат с весовым соотношением между крезильными, ксилильными и фенильными группами, равУдов .четворительный
ным примерно 4:1:1, имеюш,ий в зкость 150 SUS при 37,78°С (100°Ф) смешивают с 1,0% по весу 4,4-метилен-бис-(2,6-ди-Г;оег-бутилфенола ) и 0,05% по весу «ортолеума 162.
Эта жидкость характеризуетс значительно более высокой стойкостью к окислению, чем основа жидкости без присадок и дает удовлетворительные результаты при испытании на ржавление по методу А8ТМД895 как в дистиллированной , так и в морской воде.

Гидравлическа л идкость по п. 1, отличающа с тем, что в качестве бис-(алкилфенола ) введен 4,4-метиленбис-(2,6-ди-г/эегбутилфенол ). 4. Гидравлическа жидкость по пп. 1 и 2, отличающа с тем, что в качестве эфира фосфорной кислоты введена смесь кислых додецилфосфатов.
