Способ определени  грамположительных и грамотрицательных микроорганизмов путем обработки их красител ми с последующим наблюдением с помощью микроскопа, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью ускорени  определени  и сохранени  жизнеспособности микроорганизмов, последние последовательно обрабатывают водными растворами этидиум бромида (2,7-диамино-10-этил-9-фенилфенантридиум бромида) и 8-анплинонафталено-1сульфоната . 3 1.
