The invention can be used to improve the sanitary condition and productivity of water bodies. A known method for the isolation of biomass I of microorganisms, for example, blue-green algae, by introducing a coagulating substance into water. After the precipitation process is complete, water is decanted from the surface of the tank, and the concentrated biomass remaining at the bottom is fed to the plants for further processing. This leads to the pumping of large volumes of ballast liquid and thus low productivity. The purpose of the invention is to ensure the concentration of microorganisms and the extraction and biomass directly from the reservoir. This is achieved by supplying the coagulating substance to water simultaneously with a supersaturated pressure solution of air in water. The proposed method is carried out as follows. A solution of air in water and a coagulant that is supersaturated under pressure, for example, 3-30 mg / l of aluminum sulphate (D1 pOq 2-5 mg / l of polyethylene amine (depending on the initial concentration and the type of water and the thickness of the treated layer. At that, the dose of the water-air emulsion is 2-1 O% of the volume of the initial suspension being processed. The floating time is 0.5-2 minutes, depending on the thickness of the processed layer. Under the influence of coag-ul ngov administered simultaneously, coag Individual cells of aquatic organisms cling to the formation of large flakes that rise to the surface of the water under the action of small air bubbles adhering to the flakes. The size of the bubbles is chosen from the calculation of i a 1OO-12O µm, and the dose of injected coatulums is coagulated by test until clear water is obtained between the flakes. The biomass that floats to the surface is collected mechanically, hydromechanically or by other means. Example 1. The concentration of blue-green algae in the surface layer of the reservoir is taken from the calculation of XOOO mg / l (dry substance). The coagulant dose is determined by the method of trial coagulation, namely: the initial water is poured into several cylinders and the amount of coagulum is differently introduced into each cylinder, while the optimal dose is considered that, when added, between coagulated flakes forms transparent water. The dose of a water-air emulsion is also determined by selection, based on the condition of complete water clarification, while the pressure at which the water-air emulsion is prepared is 4-6 atm, based on economic calculations. Then, the dependence of the dose of coagulants used and the air-water emulsion on the concentration of algae in the reservoir is established. The dose of aluminum sulphate at a concentration of blue-green algae 100 O mg / l is chosen at the rate of 15 mg / l (according to A1 O), and the dose of a water-air emulsion is about 5% of the volume of water being treated. In this case, the coagulating agent and the airborne emulsion are introduced into the water simultaneously, with the result that the suspension separates. A coagulated mass of algae rises and compresses e; c to the surface waters in 1 minute. The concentration of the resulting biomass with:; is 25000 mg / l of dry matter, and the thickness of its compacted layer is 3 cm ;. PRI mme R 2. The concentration of the initial suspension is taken at the rate of 8OO g / l with a surface layer of 1 m ji 2O ° C. , Polyethylene amine is introduced into the suspension; a molecular weight of 60 thousand with a dose of 5: Mg / l and air entrained at 6 atm; water (1.5%). The biomass coagulates and rises to the surface of the water for 50 seconds, with: This concentration of the fresh biomass is 400 OO mg / l (dry basis), and the height of the compacted layer is 4 cm. The treated water layer is completely brightened . During the subsequent processing of biomass to obtain protein substances, the coagulating substance is extracted from it. The subject of the invention is a method for allocating biomass of microorganisms, such as blue-green algae, by introducing a coagulating substance into water, characterized in that, in order to concentrate the microorganisms and extract their biomass directly from the reservoir, the coagulating substance is fed into the water simultaneously with supersaturated air. water ..
