Devices for dispensing bulk materials from a hopper are known, comprising two closures arranged one above the other in the hopper flow and kinematically interconnected by a lever system. However, such devices carry out batch dispensing of material. The aim of the invention is to provide continuous, controlled dispensing of material. This is achieved by the fact that the upper bolt is designed as a gate valve, and the bottom valve is designed as a rotary valve equipped with an adjustable pressure spring and rigidly connected to a lever connected to the gate valve with a hinge mounted in a longitudinal slot of the valve that can be adjusted and fixing its position. The drawing schematically shows the described device. The device contains an upper valve in the form of a hopper 2 in the form of a gate valve 3 installed in the direction of JU1, there are 4 of them, and a lower valve in the form of a rotary valve around the fixed axis 5 of the valve 6. Poi spring 7 is located by a valve, the force of which is regulated by a nut 8, mounted on a fixed screw 9. The valve is rigidly connected to the lever 10, the upper end of which is connected to the valve 3 by means of a hinge 11 mounted in a longitudinal slot of the valve with the possibility of adjusting and fixing its position. To control and read the position of the hinge under slot a, divisions are plotted. With the same purpose, next to the spring 7, there is a fixed plate 12 with divisions. In the working position, the valve 3 and the valve 6 are partially open and the valve is kept in equilibrium under the action of the spring 7 and the weight of the material, which flows evenly from the chute 1. In case of an increase in the amount of material entering the valve, the latter, overcoming the resistance of the spring 7, at the same time, the upper end of the lever 10 rotates to the right and, acting on the hinge II, moves the flap, thereby reducing the flow area of the chute, as a result, a predetermined amount of leaking material is restored. In the event of a decrease in the amount of material entering the valve, all elements of the device are displaced in the opposite direction. By adjusting the force of the spring 7 and the position of the hinge 11, a predetermined mode of continuous metering of the material is established.
