Description

Причем, управление моментом размыкани  осуществл етс  при помощи датчика 14 скорости блока, расположенного на позиции, следующей за позицией фиксированного блока. Датчик 14 дает сигнал в тот момент , когда скорость следующего инструментального блока достигает максимума в направлении транспортного движени . При выполнении этого услови  кинетическа  энерги  колебаний свободных инструментальных блоков передаетс  расфиксированным инструментальным блокам, и весь рабочий ротор получает возможность повернутьс .
