Description

(54) КАТЕТЕР(54) CATHETER

1one

The invention relates to medical technology.

Вследствие этого резко уменьщаетс  минутный объем сердца, наблюдаетс  быстрое падение артериального давлени .A catheter for plugging is known, containing an elastic tube, which transforms into two separate tubes, and an inflatable balloon at the end. It is incomparable by the fact that when the balloon is filled, not only the mouth of the hepatic veins, but also the lower floor of the vein are completely tamponed. As a result, the minute volume of the heart is sharply reduced, a rapid drop in blood pressure is observed.

The aim of the invention is the plugging of the mouths of the hepatic veins along the inferior vena cava with the possibility of blood outflow.

For this, a balloon tube is made rigid, a window is made on the side surface of the tube and balloon.

2.FIG. 1 schematically shows the described catheter, top view; in fig. 2 is a section along A-A in FIG. 3; in fig. 3 is a section along BB in FIG. 2

5.The catheter contains a tube 1 with a balloon 2 and two elastic tubes 3, 4 of smaller diameter. Tube 1 with balloon is made rigid. There is a window 5 on the side surface of the tube and balloon.

Through a small incision in the wall of the inferior vena cava, in its section below the renal veins, a partially filled catheter is inserted into the vessel lumen and guided to the level of the diaphragm. As the balloon is filled, it becomes an elongated cigar-shaped shape, and by turning the tubes 3, 4, the cylinder 5 is positioned in the direction of the anterior poluocircle section of the vena cava, corresponding to the non-removed lobe of the liver. This makes it possible to reliably tampon the mouth of the corresponding veins of the resected lobe of the liver and to process them almost without blood. At the same time, normal outflow through the balloon window from healthy organ tissue is maintained. Making the tube with a balloon more rigid allows the outflow through the inferior vena cava to be maintained due to the available inner lumen 6. After the hepatic veins are processed, the catheter is removed from the lumen of the vessel and the venotom is retained or tightened with a purse string.

Subject invention

A catheter containing a balloon tube and two elastic tubes of a smaller diameter, one of which communicates with a balloon, characterized in that, in order to plug the mouths of the hepatic veins along the inferior vena cava with the possibility of blood outflow, the balloon tube is made rigid on the lateral surface tube and balloon done window.
