Abstract

Способ получения цирконатов и гафнатов редкоземельных элементов путем обжига сбрикетированной смеси двуокиси циркония или гафния с окислом соответствующего редкоземельного элемента, отличающийся тем, что, с целью получения цирконатов и гафнатов двухвалентных редкоземельных элементов со структурой перовскита, используют моноокись редкоземельного элемента и процесс ведут под вакуумом 10- 10мм рт.ст. и при 800 - 1200С в течение 2 - 3 ч.A method of producing zirconates and hafnats of rare-earth elements by roasting a preactivated mixture of zirconium dioxide or hafnium with an oxide of a corresponding rare-earth element, characterized in that, in order to obtain zirconates and hafnates of bivalent rare-earth elements with a perovskite structure, rare-earth monoxide is used and the process is conducted under a vacuum 10 10mm Hg and at 800 - 1200С within 2 - 3 h.
