Изобретение относитс к области двигателестроении и касаетс поршней двигателей внутреннего сгорани .
Известны поршни двигателей внутреннего сгорани , содержащие камеру и вставку, закрепленную в ее днище.
Однако эти поршни не обладают достаточной надежностью вследствие высоких температурных напр жений.
Цель изобретени - повышение надежности поршн .
Задача дл достижени поставленной цели состоит в использовании вставки дл изменени направлени тепловых потоков в теле поршн .
Дл этого в предложенном поршне вставку выполн ют в виде центрального стержн и входной горловины, соединенной с последним ребрами и установленной в теле поршн с зазором .
На чертеже изображен предложенный поршень .
Поршень 1 содержит камеру сгорани 2 и вставку 3, закрепленную в ее днище и выполненную в виде центрального стержн 4 и входной горловины 5, соединенной со стержнем 4 ребрами 6. Горловина установлена в теле поршн 1 с зазором 7. Ребра 6 могут быть выполнены с тангенциальным наклоном относительно оси стержн 4.
При работе двигател внутреннего сгорани тепловой поток направлен от горловины 5 через ребра 6 и вставку 3 в днище поршн . Наличие зазора 7 преп тствует проникновению тепловых потоков в зону уплотнительных поршневых колец поршн .

Поршень двигател внутренного сгорани , содержащий камеру и вставку, закрепленную в ее днище, отличающийс тем, что, с целью повыщени надежности поршн , вставка выполнена в виде центрального стержн и входной горловины, соединенной с этим стержнем ребрами и установленной в теле поршн с зазором.
