д.The invention relates to the industry for the production of molding compositions of thermoplastic materials based on polypropylene, intended for further processing into products using various methods, such as injection molding, extrusion, vacuum molding, etc.
Methods are known for producing molding compositions of thermoplastic materials based on polypropylene by mixing it with polyorganosiloxal lubricant and other technopoly additives — fillers, pigments, stabilizers, etc. The composition obtained has a rather high melt viscosity, therefore, the processing processes are carried out at elevated temperatures and relatively low speeds, which leads to an increase in the fineness of processing equipment and an increase in energy consumption. The high temperature of processing requires, in turn, the introduction of heat-resistant ingredients, which significantly increases the cost of products from thermoplastics.
% на первой стадии смешени .In order to reduce the melt viscosity of the resulting compositions, the polyorganosiloxane lubricant is introduced by spraying, preheating it to 50-150 ° C. It is advisable to introduce a lubricant in an amount of 0.05-0.2 weight. % in the first stage of mixing.
The essence of the method for producing molding composites, polypropylene-based thermoplastics is that the molding composition in the first stage is mixed together with the supply of fillers, pigments, stabilizers and other technological additives to the powdered polymer in an amount of 0.05-0.2 weight . % sprayed polyorganosiloxane grease. Mixing
Перед введением полиорганосилоксановые масла подогревают до 50-150°С, благодар чему они лучше совмещаютс с порошкообразным полимером.components are dry blended in a paddle mixer. Before the introduction of polyorganosiloxane oil is heated to 50-150 ° C, so that they are better combined with powdered polymer.
The composition thus obtained exhibits increased (several times) flowability during processing, thereby reducing processing temperatures, which is especially important for fiber spinning processes.
Accordingly, the requirements for heat resistance of components are reduced, and in the presence of structure additives, mechanical strength, heat resistance and frost resistance of products are required. Way
приготовлени формовочных композиций на основе полипропилена в конечном счете снижает стоимость готового издели , причем эта эффективность имеет место при переработке в рамках докритических скоростей истечени the preparation of molding compositions based on polypropylene ultimately reduces the cost of the finished product, and this efficiency occurs during processing at subcritical flow rates
п.).melt the polymer composition while improving the performance of products (hydrophobicity, antistatic properties, elasticity, etc.).
The table shows, as an example, the results of a comparative measurement of the effective viscosity of polymer melts obtained by the proposed method.
Из приведенного видно, что применение предлагаемого способа получени формовочных композиций на основе полипропилена дает эффект, про вл юп1ийс в резком (до 8-15 раз) снижении в зкости расплава полимера .It can be seen from the above that the application of the proposed method for the preparation of molding compositions based on polypropylene has the effect that manifests itself in a sharp (up to 8–15 times) decrease in the melt viscosity of the polymer.
Subject invention
