The invention relates to the field of household chemicals, in particular, to compositions of pastes for polishing metal parts from non-ferrous metals and alloys in the decorative finishing of machine parts and devices, including table knives and forks, panels and handles.
В процессе приготовлени пасты все составл ющие ввод тс одновременно , масса расплавл етс и перемешиваетс .Polishing pastes for non-ferrous metals and their alloys are known, including abrasive, rosin, turpentine, surfactants and other related additives. In the process of preparing the paste, all the ingredients are injected simultaneously, the mass is melted and mixed.
A disadvantage of the known polishing pastes and the technology for their preparation are the impossibility of coating the abrasive grains with rosin, which adversely affects the performance of solids at the time of polishing; the absence in the polishing Pasge of acids that would intensively dissolve the oxide film on aluminum and its alloys, which reduces the light reflectance of the polished surface.
The aim of the invention is to develop such a polishing paste that provides high polishing performance, high gloss and anti-corrosion resistance of the polished surface of the parts.
The goal is achieved by the manufacture of polishing paste based on stearin, rosin, abrasive, surfactant and acetic acid, rosin and surfactant in it in water in the form of a solution in concentrated acetic acid (gloss enhancer). This creates the opportunity to "wrap the abrasive grains while the paste is being prepared and, in the course of processing, to reduce the mobility of the abrasive particles and to increase the polishing performance. The presence of acetic acid contributes to the removal of the oxide film even on alumina and its alloys, and the use of sipthanol or sulfapol gives the brightness nixifier thixotropic properties. As a result of the processing of non-ferrous metals by the proposed polishing paste, their surface acquires a mirror shine and an increased corrosion resistance.
Приготавливаетс иптенсификатор блеска путем механического перемешивани со слабым подогревом (при температуре 30-40 С), а лучший результат достигаетс в тех случа х, когда он вводитс последпим и в абразивную смесь, наход щуюс в сметанообразном состо нии .The gloss attenuator is prepared by mechanical stirring with low heat (at a temperature of 30-40 ° C), and the best result is achieved when it is added to the abrasive mixture, which is in a creamy state.

3.The samples are commercially manufactured parts, the material of which is duralumin D 16, Al 3.
2).As a result of the tests, it was found that the new polishing paste not only increases the intensity of polishing, but also significantly improves the gloss of the used parts up to the mirror one (Table 2).
