METHOD OF REPRODUCTION OF VARIABLE ACCELERATION OF RECTANGULAR FORDS
The invention relates to a test technique, in particular to testing objects for the effects of dynamic accelerations. . Methods are known for reproducing a variable acceleration of a rectangular shape, consisting in that the test object is rotated alternately in contiguous circular orbits, transferring from orbit to orbit at the point of contact with preservation of the linear velocity. All orbits have an external touch and the object rotates on adjacent orbits in anti-fire directions. Thus, a change in the magnitude of the acceleration that occurs when an object is transferred from orbit to orbit is accompanied by changes in the sign of acceleration. The purpose of the invention is to achieve an abrupt change in the magnitude of the acceleration while maintaining its sign. This is achieved by the fact that according to the proposed method, at least two of the orbits have an internal touch and the object rotates along these orbits in one direction. Fig, 1 shows a variant of the implementation of the proposed method; on the same, another option; FIG. 3 is an exemplary view of the acceleration graph. The method is implemented as follows. Test object I is rotated in several, for example, four mutually contiguous orbits. When object 1 is transferred from one orbit to another, related to the first externally (for example, measures, orbits 2 and 3 or 2 and), there is an abrupt change in the sign of the velocity acting on object I, which may be accompanied by a change in the pulse amplitude, if the radii orbits are different. If the two orbits are internally related, like the orbits of 2 liters B or F and 3, then when the object I is transferred from one orbit to another, only the acceleration value changes, and its sign remains. It is possible to move the centers of the orbits around the circles with a radius equal to the difference of the radii of the orbits, if the touch is internal, or the sum of the radii in the case of an external touch (for example, moving the center of the orbit 5 relative to the center of the orbit 2 along the circumference b) the transfer of an object from an orbit to an orbit at any time, a given time point, thereby regulating the duration of the acceleration pulses acting on the object. SUBJECT OF THE INVENTION A method of reproducing a variable acceleration of a rectangular shape, which consists in rotating the test object alternately in contiguous circular orbits, transferring the orbits to the orbit at their point of contact while maintaining the linear velocity, characterized in that, in order to achieve an abrupt change in acceleration value with the retention of its sign, at least two of the orbits have an internal touch, and the object is rotated along these orbits in one direction.
