Description
The invention relates to the field of the obtained porous films and fibers from cellulose ethers. A method is known for producing porous films and fibers by dissolving cellulose ethers in an organic solvent and molding a precipitation bath containing precipitant or mixture of precipitator and polymer solvent. However, films and fibers with a given hole size are not obtained in a known manner, and the molding process is long. In order to obtain films and fibers with a given pore size and speed up the molding process using the proposed method, a precipitator or its mixture with a polymer solvent is introduced into a solution of cellulose ether until a sudden change in the optical density of the system. The molding of the film in order to improve its physicomechanical properties is carried out on a porous or monolithic substrate. FIG. Figure 1 shows the dependence of the change in optical density of the system on the amount of precipitator introduced into the cellulose ether solution; in fig. 2 is a characteristic of the distribution of pores according to Ramer, where the curve is a-poriSan and Lenka, obtained by the proposed method; curve and - film obtained by the famous siosou. Example 1. B: Lb% acetone solution of cellulose acetate containing oo, ci7o bound acetic acid, with stirring, add 257 ° aqueous solution of acetone until an abrupt change in the optical density of the system, after which the supply of an aqueous solution of acetone is stopped, the composition is filtered and applied at 22-26 ° C to a rigid stationary or moving substrate in the form of a film, which is then dried to remove liquid components. The resulting film has pores of a mean radius of 0.22 microns with a maximum pore size of 0.6 microns and can be used for cold sterilization of liquids and gases. Example 2. In a 25% acetone solution of cellulose acetate containing 54% of the bound acetic acid, ethanol is added with stirring until an abrupt change in the optical density of the system. the composition is filtered and molded into hollow fibers through a spinneret into a shaft with air heated to 50 ° C.
The walls of the obtained hollow iloca are a semipermeable membrane having pores with an average radius of 0.15 µm.
Fiber can be used for concentration (concentration of a number of biological objects by ultrafiltration).
Example 3. In a 23% dioxane solution of cellulose acetobutyrate (, v.,), A 15% aqueous solution of dioxane is added until an abrupt change in the optical density of the system. The composition is filtered and applied as a thin film on a substrate heated to 35-40 ° C and blown with air heated to the same temperature.
The resulting film has pores with an average radius of 0.2 µm and can be used as an ultrafilter.
