Description

Изобретение относитс к сельскохоз йственному машиностроению и может быть использовано на сцепках дл составлени широкозахватных агрегатов. Известны механизмы перевода в транспортное положение сельскохоз йственных орудий, навешиваемых на сцепку, включаюш,ие поворотный брус дл креплени рабочих органов, к которому шарнирно прикреплена рамка подъема, соединенна с гидроцилиндром. С целью поворота подн тых в транспортное положение орудий на угол, больший пр мого, и регулировани положени орудий при работе агрегага в предлагаемом механизме на поворотном брусе закреплен вильчатый рычаг, а на сцепке - упор, который входит в зацепление с вильчатым рычагом при переводе сельскохоз йственного оруди в транспортное положение, причем подъемна рамка шарнирно присоединена к рычагам подвески сцепки. На фиг. 1 изображен предлагаемый механизм в рабочем положении, на фиг. 2 - то же, в транспортном положении. Механизм перевода в транспортное положение сельскохоз йственных орудий содержит вертикальную треугольную рамку 1, шарнирно св занную с рычагами 2 навесного механизма, установленного на секции сцепки (на чертеже не показаны). К нижнему основанию рамки шарнирно присоединен поворотный брус 3, на котором креп тс агрегатируемые со сцепкой сельскохоз йственные оруди 4. На опорном брусе жестко закреплены вильчатый рычаг 5, упор 6, удерживающий орудие 4 от проворачивани вниз под действием веса. На секции сцепки размеш,ены гидроцилиндр 7, св занный через шарнирно-рычажную систему 8 с рамкой 1 подъема, и роликовый уиор 9, вынесенный на кронштейне над вильчатым рычагом 5. При работе агрегата горизонтальное положение рабочих органов обеспечиваетс при различном положении оруди 4, пока вильчатый рычаг 5 не достигает роликового упора 9. При переводе агрегата в транспортное положение шток гидроцилиндра 7 вдвигаетс полностью , вильчатый рычаг 5 входит в зацепление с роликовым упором 9, который, перекатыва сь по внутренней поверхности рычага 5, обеспечивает поворот бруса вокруг его продольной оси на угол, превышаюш,ий 90°. После этого боковые секции сцепки могут быть заведены назад, что обеспечивает минимальную ширину агрегата в транспортном положении.
