Description

о - лThe invention relates to the pulp and paper industry. Known methods for the regeneration of bituminous waste paper involve the use of toxic bitumen solvents and require special measures to be taken to protect personnel from poisoning. In addition, the recovery of the solvent used to process waste paper is a complex process. In the proposed method, these disadvantages are eliminated due to the fact that for processing the waste paper; Trisodium phosphate is used. The treatment with trisodium phosphate is carried out in B amounts of 3-5 on the weight of absolutely dry matter. The preferred treatment temperature is 20-bOC. Waste paper is treated with trisodium phosphate during its dissolution, then it is mixed, after which the reagent of the ACID nature is introduced into the mass, providing a pH of 5-5.5. The effect of trisodium phosphate on bituminous waste paper can be increased if the treatment temperature is increased. The efficiency of the process is explained by the fact that when trisodium phosphate acts on bituminized waste paper in combination with intensive mixing, the bitumen particles turn into the α-dispersed state and lose stickiness. . IlPBjffiF 1.200 g. Absolutely dry bituminous waste paper was dissolved in a laboratory hydroraiser, 9 g of absolutely dry trisodium phosphate were added to the mass, mixed with a high-speed mixer, and during the mixing process sulfuric acid was added to the mass to pH 5.2.
