Description

чертеж).The invention relates to compounds of glass and can be used in the manufacture of various kinds of filters. Known glass, including ZUa, EiaOt The purpose of the invention is to ensure complete opacity in the ultraviolet region of the spectrum in the 160-200 nm wavelength range. This is achieved by the fact that the glass contains the specified components in the following amount, weight. Si02 99.1 - 99.7 AlaOa 0.01 - 0.5 EugO, 0.01 - 0.03 and, apart from togr, Ti02 0.01 - 0.1 npijMipj. High-silica glass of the following composition, weight.1 §i02 99, i 0.05 UgO3 TiOa (crystallization resistance and heat resistance). The addition of TiOg allows the glass to be completely opaque in the far ultraviolet region (in the range of less than L 200 nm) of the spectrum (see drawing).
