Description

Изобретение огносигс  к медицинской технике, в частности к эндопрогеэам прок симального конца бедреной косги. Известны эндопрогеэы проксимального конца бедренной косги, содержащие ГОПОБ ку с шейкой, опорную площадку, и ок нчагый стержень с уширенной частью, несущей фиксатор большого вертепа в виде винта с самоконтр щейс  гайкой. Однако указанные эндопрогезы не допускают регулировани  длины шейки к не обеспечивают замены Головки (не удал   внутрикостного окончатого стержн ). Предлагаемый эндопротез отличаетс  тем, что в уширенной части окончатого стержн  выбраны отверсти  под шейку, выполненную с разрезным резьбовым хвостовиком, и распорный винт, одновременно служащий стопором шейки и фиксатором большого вертела. Это позвол ет регулировать длину шейки и замен ть головку. На фиг. 1 показан описываемый эндопротез проксимального конца бедренной кости, на фиг. 2 - гоповка протеза с разрезным резьбовым хвостовиком, в двух проекци х, на фиг. 3 - сечение по А-А на фиг. 1. Эндопрогез Содержит головку 1 с шейкой 2, опорную площадку 3 и окончатый стержень 4 с уширенной частью. Головка снабжена разрезным резьбовым хвостовиком 5, В уширенной части окончатого стержн  4 выполнено попереч- ное отверстие 6 под распорный винт 7, который после сборки эндопротеза (|мксируетс  при помощи гайки 8 и контргайки 9. Дл  креплени  большого вертела служит самоконтр ща с  гайка 1О. В уширенной части стержн  4 имеетс  также отверстие под разрезной рвзьйовой хвостовик 5 головки 1 с щейкой 2. Предлагаемый эндопрогез может собиратьс  как до операции, так и во врем  операции. Endoprogesis It contains the head 1 with the neck 2, the supporting platform 3 and the window-like stem 4 with the broadened part. The head is equipped with a split threaded shank 5. In the broadened part of the fenestrated stem 4 there is a transverse bore 6 for a spacer screw 7, which after assembly of the endoprosthesis (| is fastened with the help of a nut 8 and lock nuts 9. For securing the large skewer, a self-locking nut 1О serves. In the broadened part of the rod 4, there is also an opening for the split end shank 5 of the head 1 with the jaw 2. The proposed endoprosthesis can be assembled both before the operation and during the operation.
