The invention may be used in livestock facilities.

A plant for washing of tubers and vegetables is known, comprising a horizontally arranged drum with a water inlet, a sprinkler and end caps, one of which has a window for loading of tubers.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the installation and the possibility of unloading the corps through the loading window.

For this purpose, in the proposed plant for washing of root and tuber crops on the inner surface of the lid, sickle-shaped coupled lonasty windows are mounted, and inside the window is placed, a removable unloading unit with a conical insert.

The proposed plant for washing of tubers contains vras, ayush, and yys horizontal drum 1 with nozzle 2 for supplying water with end caps 3 and 4 and a sprinkler 5.

For reversing, the tires 1 are worn with bandages 6, interacting with roller bearings 7.

In the lid 3 there is a window for loading the roots of tubers, and the sickle-shaped blades 8 mounted on the inner surface, coupled with the window II, are box-shaped.

Inside the window there is a stir, a removable discharge helix 9. Tray 10 serves for loading of root and tuber crops.

The peripheral surface of the lid 3 is provided with holes 11 for the flow of contaminated water.

The installation works as follows, it follows. The drum 1 communicates rotation from the electric motor (not shown in the drawing) through the rollers 7 and the tires 6.

Roots, such as potatoes, beets, carrots, turnips, rutabagas, are loaded through tray 10. Along the side surfaces of the semicircular box-shaped guide vanes 8, the roots rush to the inside of the drum 1, where they are washed by water from the sprinklers 5.

Under the action of its own weight and the centrifugal force of the rotational motion of the drum, the roots and tubers are intensively mixed, frayed and the dirt is washed off.

The water is discharged through the holes 11 and is collected in a drainage channel (not shown in the drawing).

The washing process lasts a few minutes, after which the roots are discharged. The drum is then reversed, 1 and the washed roots are screwed on blades m 12, side box-shaped blades m 8 and helix 9 are sent to the discharge cone 13 and dumped out of the fence (shown in the ps drawing).
