Description

Известны устройства дл  предотвращени  распространени  аварийных процессов в трубопроводных системах, содержащие преграждающий элемент, смонтированный на трубопроводе . Цель изобретени  - обеспечение прерывани  процессов, имеющих большую скорость распространени . Это достигаетс  тем, что преграждающий элемент выполнен в виде нетлевого участка трубопровода, содержащего две расположенные одна над другой предохранительные разрушаемые вставки из низконрочного материала . На чертеже схематически показано предлагаемое устройство. На трубопроводе / установлен преграждающий элемент, выполненный в виде нетлевого участка 2, на перекрестье которого одна над другой расположены предохранительные вставки 3 из низкопрочного материала. Аварийный процесс, возникающий в трубопроводе /, сопровождаетс  выделением большого количества тепла и газов. При подходе фронта процесса к первой вставке 3, последн   под действием повышенного давлени  разрушаетс , а сам процесс благодар  большой скорости распространени  успевает пройти дальше в петлевой участок 2. Однако при разрушении первой вставки 3 под действием ударной волны разрушаетс  также втора  вставка 3, и при подходе фронта нроцесса ко второй вставке 3 герметичность системы будет нарушена и процесс не сможет распространитьс  дальше по трубопроводу 1. После устранени  аварийной ситуации разрушенные вставкн 3 замен ютс  новыми, и устройство готово к дальнейн1е1 работе.
