Description
The invention relates to a technique for the purification of gases and air from liquid or solid particles suspended in them, in particular, to high-dusty polymer filter materials. The proposed material can be used in industrial filters for air purification mainly from the solid dispersed phase. Known filter material of polymer fibers of two different diameters, containing in the frontal layer of fibers of larger diameter. When filtering dusts through known filtering materials, the frontal layers of it are clogged much more closing, which leads to a sharp increase in resistance and the need to replace the filtering material when it is not fully worked out. In addition, under the action of pressure drop, the filter layers are subject to self-sealing, which reduces the dust capacity of the filter material. In order to increase dust holding capacity and prevent self-compaction, in the proposed filtering material, larger diameter fibers are placed in the filtering layer with a decrease in their number to the final layer consisting of fibers of a narrow diameter, the number of which is reduced to the frontal layer. Moreover, the ratio of the larger diameter of the fibers to the smaller diameter does not exceed 10. In the proposed filter material, the distribution of the average diameter of the fiber over the thickness of the layer ensures maximum dust holding capacity. The law of measurement of the average fiber diameter in the elementary layers is such that the delayed dispersed phase is evenly distributed throughout the thickness of the filtering layer, where DCP is the average fiber diameter in the elementary layer; c is the constant for these filtering conditions; LO is the total thickness of the filter L - the thickness of the filter layer of a given cross section; / Co is the slip factor. Depending on the required degree of purification and thickness of the filtrating material. 1a, the maximum (/ mmkg) and minimum (mip) fiber diameters can be determined for i: o
