Description

Предлагаемый рамный фундамент предна .значен дл  установки машин и т. п. оборудовани  в различных отрасл х промышленности. Известен фундамент рамного типа под машины , Бключаюш,ий рамные опорные элементы с консол ми и верхнее строение. В таких фундаментах верхнее строение опираетс  непосредственно на стойки равных опорных элементов и жестко св зано с ними. Вследствие значительной продольной лсесткости стоек фундамент обладает низкими виброизолирующими свойствами, например при вертикальных колебани х, из-за чего на основание и окружающие конструкции могут передаватьс  значительные вибрации. Кроме того, така  конструкци  не позвол ет регулировать вертикальные деформации верхнего строени , которые оно может получить в результате неравномерных осадок стоек. Цель предлагаемой конструкции - повысить виброизолируюш,ие свойства фундамента. Это достигаетс  тем, что верхнее строение установлено на консоли опорных элементов посредством промежуточных жестких или рерулируемых опор. Причем кажда  промежуточна  опора выполнена в виде винтового домкрата . На чертеже изображен общий вид фундамента в двух проекци х. Верхнее строение / через промежуточные опоры 2 опираетс  на консоли рамных опорных элементов 3. Эффект повышени  виброизолируюш,их свойств фундамента достигаетс  за счет того, что при опирании верхнего строени  / на консоли рамных опорных элементов 3, последние играют роль виброизол торов. Подбира  рамные опорные элементы соответствующей упругости и ирочтюсти, можно добитьс  необходимой степени виброизол ции. Дл  регулировани  вертикальных деформаций верхнего строени  / промежуточные опоры 2 могут выпола тьс  в виде винтовых домкратов . Предмет изобретени  1.
