Изобретение относитс  к области изготовлени  теплообменных аппаратов. Известен способ изготовлени  теплообменного аппарата, при котором производ т сборку трубок теплообменника с трубной решеткой с последующей пайкой их, а после охлаждени  осуществл ют приварку коллектора. Однако известный способ изготовлени  требует повторного общего нагрева издели , что отрицательно вли ет на качество па ного соединени . Повышение качества издели  за счет исключени  распайки па ных соединений у теплообменника при присоединении его к коллектору в околошовной зоне перед пайкой обеспечиваетс  тем, что поверхность теплообменника, присоедин емую к коллектору, подвергают заплавлению. Сущность, способа заключаетс  в следующем . На теплообменнике, собранном под пайку, в сборочно-па льном приспособлении производитс  заилавление поверхности, к которой присоедин етс  коллектор путем оплавлени  с помощью аргонодуговой сварки. Затем производитс  пайка теплообменника. К оплавленным поверхност м спа нного теплообменника привариваютс  аргонодуговой сваркой коллекторы. Предложенный способ обеспечивает присоединение коллекторов к па ным теплообменникам с толщиной стенки проставочного профил  0,45-3,0 мм и более без предварительного подогрева издели  перед сваркой. В результате проведенных исследований установлено , что при гидравлических (f - 9,15 атм) и пневматических испытани х (,10 атм) как сварные, так и па ные соединени   вл ютс  прочными и плотными.
